Our founding member, Kotya Naik comes from a deep experience in reliability and condition monitoring.
He has worked with globally recognized organizations such as SPM Instrument India, SKF India Ltd, and Mobius Institute, gaining deep exposure to world-class reliability practices, advanced diagnostic technologies, and global training standards. Over the years, he has trained and mentored thousands of engineers across India and internationally, helping organizations build strong, sustainable CORE (Condition Monitoring and Reliability Engineering) programs.
